Running 13.6 Om iPad Air 2. Two days ago (did not install a new iOS), tried to access some saved documents in books (downloads & saved PDFs, not purchases from App Store) & no documents. Tried all options recommended by Apple including offloading the app & reinstalling, opening my iPhone while iPad was switched completely off. No success. Documents were stored locally, not on iCloud. App says data is still there but I can access it. No help from Apple feedback. Any other suggestions anyone?

I have downloaded my audiobooks (CD) to my mac mini. These audiobooks now appear in Books. Although I have icloud drive turned on, as well as books sync, these audiobooks do not show up on any other devices. These devices also have icloud drive and book sync turned on. What am I missing?

I have downloaded the books in the Books app, and they show up in the Downloaded collection but when I turn off Books in Settings under iCloud drive, go back to Books, only about half of the books show up as downloaded.

I have over time saved several favorite cooking recipes in pdf from safari and catagorized them on my ipad ibook. How do I access the catagories already established with the new ios 12 version of apple books?

Just letting you know that there is an option in ibooks that says hide icloud books and its always checked if you uncheck it you should see all of your pdfs and epubs there and just be able to download them. To get there open ibooks on the top there should be something that says books with a downward arrow click it and at the bottom you should see the option just turn it off and it should all appear again.
